Our February event is moving to the third Monday of the month, in order to free up Valentines night for the romantics among us..!

Our event is online via Zoom on Monday 21 February, when we will have our knowledge tested about what we can claim as taxable deductions in our roles as property professionals.

Our main presenter is Julie Barker, who has her own bookkeeping business and works with many property professionals. She will give us a really good insight into the savings we can make with the little known and poorly understood tax allowances that are available to us.

What is 2022 going to have in store for us...?

We have an existing housing crisis, a government seemingly intent on driving investors away from the buy to let market, plus an ongoing pandemic to endure which is changing work routines for millions of people. Our high streets are emptying before our eyes, whilst there have been radical changes to Permitted Development rights, opening up lots of new opportunities.

Is now the right time to move away from being a landlord or to diversify within property and get involved in development projects...? It's a scary proposition for lots of us, so help and advice is definitely needed.
