What is 2022 going to have in store for us...?

We have an existing housing crisis, a government seemingly intent on driving investors away from the buy to let market, plus an ongoing pandemic to endure which is changing work routines for millions of people. Our high streets are emptying before our eyes, whilst there have been radical changes to Permitted Development rights, opening up lots of new opportunities.

Is now the right time to move away from being a landlord or to diversify within property and get involved in development projects...? It's a scary proposition for lots of us, so help and advice is definitely needed. We have one of the best people in the UK signed up to do just that for us at our event this coming Monday, 10 January.

We will be back on Zoom for the evening, so you can join the event from the comfort of your own home...Why not book now - we've extended our cut price ticket offer as a new year gift.!

Our main presenter will be Ritchie Clapson, who has been professionally involved in property development for almost 40 years. He has worked on hundreds of new build, commercial and industrial conversion projects, as well as creating one of the country's leading structural engineering companies. Ritchie was appointed by the government as peer review engineer for the London 2012 Olympic Stadium, and he now heads up property CEO, one of the UK's leading property development training companies.
