Daryn has a career background in property and built up a successful lettings business. He has spent the last 4 years in trying to find practical solutions to address the demise of our high streets. He has been targetting empty commercial buildings with unused upper floors, finding new independent local businesses as tenants and creating much needed co living spaces upstairs. The focus so far has been on Portsmouth and the surrounding areas and he now has more than 10 properties and over 70 bedrooms.
