Presentation by Susie Cole 'How to raise private funds to invest in property' 'Susie raised half a million pounds in private funding in less than six months, and she is here to share with you her experience of fundraising' With a professional background in sales, marketing and fundraising, having previously led a successful fundraising campaign to raise £6m in the last recession for a significant charity, and won a couple of national marketing awards, Susie raised half a million pounds in private investor funding in less than six months, whilst still working in a full time job. This enabled her to make the move to work in property full time, and she now runs the successful property company 'The Good Property Company', sourcing high quality discounted properties for clients. Susie will talk you through the steps to planning and developing a private fundraising campaign, give you some key tips on how to successfully raise private funds, and also discuss some of the legal and relationship aspects to raising private finance.
