I’m delighted to introduce myself as the new host of Surrey Property Exchange. Since it was established in 2011 by Richard Simmons, the event has built a strong reputation as a trusted source for property knowledge, market updates, and expert insights. It has also grown into a thriving community of serious property professionals, investors, and enthusiasts who share expertise and opportunities.
