Our programme for 2024 kicks off with a terrific line up on Monday 8 January, including some brand new features….

The key subject for the evening is multi unit freehold properties, a property strategy little understood that has lots to offer the discerning investor. Our speaker, Dr Jess Macauley, has specialised in it as part of her property investment and development business along the south coast. Her business, Evergreen South invests in a wide range of assets and Jess will draw on the experience and knowledge she has gained in purchasing MUFBs – so don’t miss it..!

At the start of the new year, after the holiday closedown, there will be a lot to catch up on with regard to the mortgage and lettings scene, so John Cox and Graham Faulkner will update us all on the latest news. There should be some hot deals to look at, drawn from the local area. We’ll also have some brand new features at the start of the evening -so watch this space for news about them..!!
