  • Surrey Property Exchange

Our November event has self build as the main focus.

The subject has attracted much more interest in the last few years, fuelled by Grand Designs and other TV programmes, regional exhibitions and institutions like the Self Build Centre in Swindon. Even so, the UK lags well behind Western Europe, where the strategy is far more widespread and very well established in local communities.

Our speaker to bring the subject to life is Phillip Russell, who has huge experience within the construction industry. He is now specialising in sourcing and securing small development plots in our local areas, whilst getting prefabricated units built to order. They are designed and constructed to a high specification in the Czech Republic, and transported to the UK for immediate installation on sites already prepared to receive them. Come and join us to find out how it’s done, and discover that it’s within the reach of those of us taking on small scale developments.

During the evening, Rory O'Mara will run one of our periodic Deal Clinics, and Graham Faulkner will highlight some topical elements on the lettings front. We’ll also have some more hot deals from the local area, and bring you the launch of another new sponsor to our growing list of important service providers for property.

Can you afford to miss it...not if you want to be well informed and on top of what’s happening around us on the property scene..!

Make a date now for Monday 13 November – hope to see you then...!
