Private landlords in a defined area of Weston-Super-Mare must apply and become accredited with agencies who offer a full tenants complaints service. North Somerset Council began inspections of non-accredited properties within the designated area from April 2019.

The NLCE Accreditation Day seminar will cover all the main areas that a landlord should know in order to operate a successful business, including:

☆ What to do if things go wrong and what to do at the end of the Tenancy
