The Housing Health and Safety Rating System is how to identify any hazards in rental properties; it's what the council look for when inspecting. Any Category 1 Hazards such as fall on stairs or excess cold will prompt an improvement notice and the council to take action against the landlord. So, this course is incredibly relevant to every landlord who rents out property, as it allows them to identify if their buildings have any of the hazards and how to remove them safely and swiftly.
Including refreshments, this course is just £25 each for accredited landlords or £40 for non-accredited landlords.
