Whilst climbing the corporate ladder from 1998 – 2013 Jonathan became interested in property as an investment and alternative income stream. Having spent a few years following and building an understanding of the Buy to Let market, Jonathan eventually dipped his toe in the water in 2004, with his first BTL purchase. He has not looked back since, successfully recycling his funds to grow a portfolio of 20+ properties which ultimately allowed him to venture full time into property in 2013.

Going full time has not meant just continuing the BTL theme, rather a full throttle approach into auction trading, refurbishments and larger developments, as well as other property investment strategies. Jonathan has certainly taken the “bull by its horns” and gone out there with a “can do” attitude and is reaping the benefits, giving him a firm focus to maintain his career in property until retirement………..which may not be too far off!

During his presentation Jonathan will go through some of the deals he has done since going full time in property and discuss the strategy and mindset behind each one. He will also talk about some of the mistakes he has made along the way and offer some hints, tips and advice to help you mitigate your risks within property including some detail about his new venture for the Buy To Let sector, and provide some inspiration to help you on your way to your property success!!!
