Simply arrange a time with your potential tenants. Then log on to your Viewber dashboard adding the property details first including access arrangements and then book an appointment to that property following our intuitive process. A local Viewber will be confirmed with contact details provided to you in case you need
to reach them.
A Viewber attends on your behalf
Prior to the time of the appointment, the Viewber collects the keys from your specified location (within 3 miles), alternative arrangements are possible. At the time of the appointment, the Viewber then attends the property, greets the viewer(s) and takes them through each room of the property,

Where are you able to provide services and are they available now?
Viewber has thousands of local viewing agents available across the UK that are ready to be booked now. Our agents are provided with detailed guidance on how to safely carry out Viewings. We recommend that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for an appointment to help ensure availability.
The Viewbers are trusted and trained, with DBS checks, a unique Viewber Academy and client rating system to help ensure that our viewing agents maintain high service levels at all times.
Who uses Viewber?

How much does it cost?
Viewber is a highly cost effective solution to cover viewings where you are unable to attend yourselves or you would prefer a trusted and trained viewing host. Our standard 30 minute viewing slot (where up to 2 viewing parties can attend at 15 minute intervals) is priced at £35+VAT and this includes key collection and return within 3 miles of the property as well as post-appointment feedback on your potential tenants. Once you have signed up for a free Viewber account, you will get access to our full service and price list which contains information for a full range of viewing and Open House services.
If you arrange multiple viewers to attend the property during a specific time period, you can extend the length of a viewing or use our Open House services, to reduce the price per viewing further. A 1 hour open house for example, up to 4 viewing parties in 15 minute intervals, costs just £38+VAT.
What if the keys to a property are not located within 3 miles of the property?
Viewber can also assist if the keys to your property can’t be within 3 miles of the property. Either you can arrange a key safe to be installed on your property, our recommended solution as it provides all day availability and can be used by trades persons. Alternatively, we can also supply a vetted key holder to look after the keys to your property and host viewings for you, at extra cost.
How do I arrange a viewing with Viewber?
In terms of how to book a viewing, the main steps are shown below, once you have registered you will receive additional videos to help assist you with a booking.
- Firstly log-in to your Viewber dashboard, then add the property that you want to be viewed, including the access arrangements for a Viewber to enter the property.
- If you require a Viewber to hold the keys to your property then this should be booked as an appointment prior to arranging viewings. Next, you can then arrange a suitable viewing time with your potential tenant.
- After deciding on a suitable time and date, you will need to book an appointment by visiting the “Properties” tab and choosing “Book Appointment”
- Once you gone through each step of booking an appointment, the appointment will be sent out to our Viewbers local to your
