Commercial property is a closed and secret world for many of us, and very different to the residential property market. At our event on Monday 8 July, we aim to shine a light on the key aspects to give us the confidence to get involved in the opportunities that are on offer in the sector.

Andrew Brown, our main speaker, has almost 40 years of experience as a RICS surveyor in London and the South East. Andrew will outline the guidance and assistance that can be provided to us as investors by the surveyor. He will draw on his knowledge and expertise in highlighting the key elements of such aspects as rent reviews, lease renewals and restructuring, lettings and acquisitions. 

On the night, we will have a pre event deal clinic, a mortgage update from John Cox, and news on the lettings front from Graham Faulkner.  There will also be some hot deals from the local area, plus an open discussion on what lies ahead for the UK property scene, beyond the results of the forthcoming General Election.
